Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Wizeworks, scheduling, estimating and invoicing software for field-service businesses. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: wieslanderelectric@gmail.com.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite do. The account owner may connect outside services such as QuickBooks.

Your records

You own the information you put into the service. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' information, and for the accuracy of your estimates, invoices and messages.

The assistant

The Wize assistant is an AI. It can make mistakes. It prepares drafts for you to review; you are responsible for checking anything it creates before you rely on it or send it to a customer.

QuickBooks and other connections

If you connect QuickBooks, you authorize us to send the invoices and customers you choose to your QuickBooks company. You can disconnect at any time. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit and is governed by Intuit's terms; we are not responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other companies' information, no interfering with the service or its security, and no sending spam through it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

Cancelling

You may stop using the service and ask for your records to be exported or deleted at any time by emailing wieslanderelectric@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. We will update the date above and tell account owners about material changes.
